We provide a 100% refund for items within 30 days of delivery if they fall under the following categories:

  • Damaged Items: The product arrived broken or damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect Product: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Sizing Errors: The size sent does not match the size selected in your original order.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with stitching, fabric quality, or structural flaws.

2. Verification Requirements (Important)

To maintain our high standards and protect our community from fraudulent claims, we require the following:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for a refund without a return, you must provide a single, uninterrupted video of the unboxing process. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the reported defect or error.
  • 72-Hour Reporting Window: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the package.
  • Item Condition: The item must be in its original state—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

3. How to Claim Your Refund

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the specific name of the item.
  3. Attach Proof: Attach your uninterrupted unboxing video showcasing the issue.
  4. Instant Resolution: Once our team verifies the claim, we will process your refund immediately. You do not need to mail the item back to us.

4. Important Terms

  • Processing Time: Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). Please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear, lingerie, earrings, or "Final Sale" items unless a manufacturing defect is proven via video.
  • Address Accuracy: Fairy Peony is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
