Our solutions:
1. Fairypeony's responsibility
· If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.
· Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
2.Customer's responsibility
· The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. all shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at fairypeonyfashion@gmail.com
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY
Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items provided Fairy peony did not make a mistake. if Fairy peony made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please return unused garments within 30 days upon receiving your items. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
COMPENSATION TIME-FRAME
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

Fairy peony will take your unwanted products as long as you got your item 30 days ago or less and it's in the same condition you got it in.
